Be Happy!

Happiness is one of the most important aspects of our lives.

How to be happy?
There are a few things you can do to increase your level of happiness.

 So do these small things every day and notice if there are some good noticeable changes.

 When you wake up say to yourself:

“I love myself”.  Do it 100 times.

Remember that …

“You are the ultimate act of creation, fashioned by the hands of a Divine Artist.”

Smile a lot during the day.

Think about good things (something that would make you smile)

 whenever you notice that your mood is changing for the worse.

Notice beautiful things around you (even if they’re small).

Just before you go to sleep, close your eyes,

take a few deep breath, and remember all

the good things you have in your life.

Say “Thank you” to the God, Light, Universe,

or Your Angels -whatever it is you believe in.

Dalai Lama believes that happiness is a reasonable goal
for most of us and can be achieved through training the mind.

In Buddhism there is a referenc to the four factors of fulfilment,
or happiness: wealth, wordly satisfaction, spirituality, and
enlightenment.

“Now all of these factors are, in fact, sources of
happiness. But in order for an individualto be able to fully utilize
them toward the goal of enjoying a happy and fulfilled life,
your state of mind is key. It’s crucial,”- sais Dalai Lama
